Who we are
This store is operated by Launch Code ("we", "us"). Contact us any time by replying to your order confirmation email.
Products
Everything in this store is printed to order. Your shirt doesn't exist until you buy it, which is why we can't accept general returns or size swaps. See our Returns & FAQ for the full policy.
Colors and print appearance can vary slightly from what you see on screen. That's the nature of garment-dyed shirts, not a defect.
Pricing and payment
All prices are in US dollars. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout. Payment is processed securely, your card details never touch our servers.
Shipping
$5 first item / $1 each additional for US orders, $15 / $5 international. US orders over $75 ship free. Allow about a week before your order ships, plus transit time. Delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees.
Returns and refunds
Print error or visible quality issue? We'll replace it or refund you, just send a photo. Beyond that, all sales are final because every item is made to order.
Designs
All artwork and designs belong to Launch Code. Buying a shirt gets you the shirt, not the rights to the design.
The fine print
We aim to keep things accurate and running, but can't promise error-free at all times. Our liability for any order is limited to what you paid for it. These terms are governed by Michigan law.
